Tianming Palace (พระที่นั่งเวหาศน์จำรูญ; Wehart Chamrun) is a two-story Chinese palace-style building in the Bang Pa In Summer Palace. The Tianming Palace was built under the order of King Rama V Chulalongkorn (จุฬาลงกรณ์; Chulalongkorn) and was the last palace built during his reign. Construction of Tian Ming Temple started in 1879 and was completed 10 years later. Later, Rama V held a Chinese-style enthronement ceremony here. The Thai royal family comes to Tian Ming Temple to hold a sacrificial ceremony every year, and it is open to the public on other days. Unfortunately, Tianming Hall was not open when I visited, so I was unable to appreciate the gorgeous interior decoration.

A Chinese style building, the Wehart Chamrunt, or Heavenly Light is the throne hall. However you cannot visit the interior of the building. The building is a two-storey mansion and it was a gift by the equivalent of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and presented to King Chulalongkorn in 1889.
